30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@stidessyrup.shop with your order number and reason for the request. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns Process

To start a return, email hello@stidessyrup.shop. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Products must be securely packaged and, when possible, returned in original packaging.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@stidessyrup.shop within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and products purchased from third-party retailers are non-refundable through stidessyrup.shop.
