How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at hello@stidessyrup.shop.

Are your syrups vegan?

Most of our syrups are vegan-friendly. The Lavender Honey Syrup contains wildflower honey and is not vegan. All other syrups are 100% vegan.

Do the syrups contain allergens?

Our syrups are made in a facility that processes tree nuts. Please check individual product labels for specific allergen information.

What is the shelf life?

12 months unopened, 30 days refrigerated once opened.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us for a full refund or replacement.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry! Please email hello@stidessyrup.shop with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement immediately.
